Shipping & Returns Policy

1. Shipping is FREE nationwide to areas covered by our partner courier service.

2. All orders are processed within 3 business days. Orders are then turned over to the courier. Metro Manila orders will need another 2 to 3 days while provincial orders may take from 4 to 7 days shipping time. BUT DUE TO THE EXPECTED INCREASE OF DELIVERY VOLUME FOR CHRISTMAS, PLEASE EXPECT DELAYS.

3. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. We accept returns up to 5 days after delivery for defective items, if the item is unused and in its original condition. A replacement will be sent subject to availability of the said item.

4. For size replacements, we can replace item subject to availability and provided the item is unused and in its original condition. Replacement will be sent upon receipt of the returned item. Shipping cost of the returned item and the replacement will be shouldered by the customer.
